Michael Rohowski Joins 24/7 Real Media as Managing Director of Media in Europe
NEW YORK – June 2, 2008 – 24/7 Real Media, Inc., the leading global digital marketing company, today announced that it has appointed Michael Rohowski as Managing Director - Media Europe. In this capacity, Michael will be managing the media business in the United Kingdom and France, while expanding the business into other European countries. He will also join 24/7 Real Media’s executive management team.
With over ten years of experience managing dynamic sales teams, Michael most recently served as Chief Sales Officer for Lycos Europe, where he oversaw a team of 140 people. In his nearly eight years with Lycos Europe, Michael was responsible for managing and directing Lycos advertising revenue, and negotiated key partnerships with industry leaders such as Yahoo, Bertelsmann and Amazon.

Prior to working at Lycos, Michael served for three years as the Managing Director of Bertelsmann Direct Sales, where he managed 400 sales agents and was directly involved in product development. He also served as a senior engagement manager for McKinsey & Company, where he focused on the media industry and electronics, working in Germany, the Netherlands, Australia, South Korea and New Zealand.
